About Me

A Career Built on Research & Mentorship

I completed my Ph.D. in Computer Science from IIT Bombay in 2001, and have since held teaching and research positions at IIT Delhi, rising from Assistant Professor to Professor & Head of Department. My work focuses on Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Distributed Systems and IoT Security, with funded projects from DST, MeitY and industry partners.

Beyond the classroom, I've had the privilege of mentoring 18 PhD scholars to successful completion, authoring 6 books used in universities across India, and contributing over 92 peer-reviewed papers to leading journals and conferences.
